Ashlene Ramadan

Ashlene has been in the entrepreneurship, technology and corporate innovation space for over 6 years. She relocated from Silicon Valley to support Plug and Play’s expansion in partnership with Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The Plug and Play ADGM program’s first batch of Fintech startups resulted in over 70% of the startups landing contracts with at least one financial institution in the GCC.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of Plug and Play MENA, expediting the Proof-of-Concept (POC) process between the startups and corporations, providing innovation roadmapping workshops for corporations, as well as managing the marketing / communications for Plug and Play MENA. Her expertise niche is in corporate innovation and startup scaling.
