Ibrahim Abe Seksek is the current Managing Director of Dubai Smart City Accelerator. Before joining Startupbootcamp he was the Chief Operation Officer (COO) and Co-Founder of ZenHR Solutions.
He was responsible for overseeing the Implementation of technology in marketing and HR departments, as well as the company's growth and support of new markets, products, services and features.

Before joining the ZenHR Solutions team, he served as the COO, Regional Marketing Operation Manager and Head of Operational Marketing of Dubizzle, a UAE-based online website for classified ads offering users the ability to buy, sell and find things within their community. Thereafter, he was hired as the Head of Global Operations Support for Naspers, the parent company of Dubizzle, to oversee the operations of 70 countries.
Past achievements include the founding of Crystel, Jordan’s first business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, which grew from 6 employees to 700 in 6 years. His first job entailed working in a call center for a technology company named Teletech, where he quickly earned a supervisor position managing the Verizon project.
Thereafter, he moved to the client side at Verizon as the youngest-ever director to supervise customer support and technical support, along with 11,000 employees across 8 international locations, including Ireland, Philippines, Qatar, USA, and Canada.
Currently serves as a mentor at Oasis500, Startup Weekend and Mowgli Foundation as well as a trainer at the Business Development Center (BDC). In 2010, he won the Contact Center Industry Champion award for customer service at Contact Center World.
